PPC Manager

Duties & Responsibilities  Preparation of production planning & control for the entire plant.  Responsible for plant operations of production planning, material planning, resource alignment.  Manufacturing operations, production management, shop floor operations, process management.  Process optimization for loss control, also responsible for optimizes selection of equipment for cost control establishing scheme for cost control of project along with quality.  To maintain striking balance on cost Vs. Quality Vs. Reliability Vs. profitability.  To lead Team of professionals, Engineers, Operators, Workers and their training.  To frame and implement monitoring processes.  Responsible for improving process efficiency by process evaluation & control of critical parameters.  Define preventive production system for ensuring health of the operation.  Creation of safety building scheme for the plant operation.  Project Manufacturing site, pollution control.  Identifying the areas of improvement and direct the team for the target.  Monitor, improve and sustain performance w.r.t. PQCDSM.  Costing: budgeting/ expense management.  Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, customer requirements with details.  Project management with whole manufacturing process to achieve Production Targets Team Management  Lead, mentor & monitor performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of production targets  Create and sustain a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance among team members Academic Qualifications BE / B-Tech in Electrical Engineering from Recognized Institute. Desirable : Short term course in material management, inventory management, lean manufacturing Work Experience & Skills  Demonstrable experience of leading a PPC function with a proven track record in inventory control, production controls, SAP proficiency in PPC module  Ability to add value, reduce costs and make business improvements  Proven project management and build quality experience Confidential and For Internal Use Only  12+ years of progressive experience in Manufacturing and Assembly in an engineering, auto components, genset, electrical panel industries.  Ability to demonstrate the Core Values of Jakson – Integrity, Customer Centricity, Innovation, Team work and Care
